Submit the Enrollment Consultation Application to provide us with your information and request a date for an appointment. After we receive your application, we will confirm the date and time of the meeting by email. Feel free to message us on LINE if you would rather communicate there.

Determine a class to join🐝
Please come to our school at the decided time for a consultation. We will gauge the student’s English level. Then we will determine the most suitable class to join based on English level, age, desired course/lesson type, and the student’s availability.
If a suitable class is available, please decide the student’s start date. If there is no class available, you can choose to join a waitlist to wait until a suitable person applies who can join the student in a new class.
Attend a trial lesson😀
Your first lesson will be a trial lesson. If it is a group lesson, you will have the chance to meet your new classmates. After completion, please let us know if you wish to formally enroll. If you choose not to, the trial lesson is free of charge.

Meet with us after the lesson or set up another meeting to complete the enrollment procedures.
- We will ask that you join our official Line account and agree to our membership policy.
- Because we will bill your bank account to receive payment every month, we will also ask that you fill out an account transfer request form. Please bring your bank book or bank information and the seal of the bank account that you would like to pay from.
- Finally, please pay for the first 3 months upfront in cash or by bank transfer.
